Ocean to Stable
To inspire the wanderer at heart
Ocean to Stable

Ocean to Stable was an emerging homewares business built around a curated mix of modern and rustic products, natural materials and relationships with independent artisans. The brand needed to feel distinctive without losing the warmth and authenticity behind the collection.

Finding the character
The business needed more than a logo. It needed a clear point of view that could connect the products, the people behind them and the feeling of discovering something considered and different.
A mark with a sense of place
The visual identity was developed around the relationship between the natural and the crafted. Organic forms, restrained typography and a tactile visual language helped establish a brand that felt contemporary while retaining a connection to nature.
From shelf to screen
The identity was extended across the e-commerce experience, social content, sales collateral and product photography. The system was designed to let the products remain the heroes while giving the overall brand a recognisable personality.
My role
I worked closely with the founders from the initial brand thinking through to the finished identity and customer experience, shaping the visual direction and carrying it through to the digital and physical touchpoints.
