Making complexity easier to navigate
The platform brought together multiple services, processes and sources of financial information. The challenge was to make this complexity feel simple and approachable while creating an identity that could sit comfortably within the Deloitte ecosystem.
A visual language for connection
A contemporary visual system was developed around ideas of navigation, progress and connection. Iconography and graphic devices helped make the different tools and stages of the customer journey easier to understand.
Designed around the journey
The visual language extended across the portal, onboarding materials and supporting communications. A ‘Five Steps’ journey structure helped users understand the process, while a clear interface brought key information and performance indicators into focus.
My role
I developed the visual identity and creative direction, then translated the system across the video, digital experience, onboarding and supporting communications.
