Deloitte — CFO Sentiment
Deloitte Access Economics

Deloitte’s CFO Sentiment survey captures the outlook of Australia’s finance leaders against a constantly shifting economic landscape. The opportunity was to turn a data-heavy report into something more engaging, accessible and useful beyond the printed page.

Giving the data a stronger voice
The existing report contained valuable insights but needed a more compelling visual presence. It had to communicate confidence, uncertainty and changing sentiment while making the underlying data easier to navigate.
Confidence, with a little tension
The visual direction built on the newly designed Leaders’ Circle identity while giving CFO Sentiment its own character. A broader editorial format, stronger typography and a more considered approach to data created a publication that felt more immediate and authoritative.
Beyond the report
The system was designed to work beyond the printed report. Infographics, charts and key findings were developed as flexible visual assets for digital channels, social content and conversation guides, extending the research into a broader communication platform.
My role
I led the creative and design development, reshaping the report and extending its visual language across supporting communications and digital applications.
